Historical Spitalhof house is the setting for the enchanting Christmas market in this festively illuminated medieval town. There's something for everyone in these delightful surroundings, from decorations and locally made ceramics to seasonal herbs and spices, while the arts and crafts bazaar widens the choice further still. Sample Franconian specialities and visit the 60 square metre Nativity scene, a miniature version of Dinkelsbühl's old town, at St. George's Minster. You can also enjoy festive music from brass bands and singers. The historical railway and the appearance of St. Nicholas - who hands out fruit and nuts - are a delight for all, especially children.
