Trade fairs/exhibitions

Trade fairs in Bremen also bear the hallmarks of its Hanseatic, maritime traditions: the "fish international" exhibition and the BOATFIT boat show capture the feel of the city, as does the Bremen Classic Motorshow, Bremen's best-known trade fair, where you can find out everything there is to know about classic cars and motorcycles. Other established trade fairs in Bremen include the bike.market.future exhibition and the specialist exhibition "waste to energy". Every year some 45 trade fairs and exhibitions attract 250,000 visitors and over 4,500 exhibitors to Bremen.

waste to energy
This relatively new international trade fair is all about how energy can be generated from waste products and biomass. In an area of 2,200m² more than 80 exhibitors provide 1,400 trade visitors with information on energy recovery and generation, waste treatment and energy services in general.

bike.market.future
The world of bikes and cycling is the subject of the annual bike.market.future exhibition. The 140 exhibitors attract an average of 10,000 visitors, most of whom are consumers, to their stands. A trip to the exhibition is a real experience with travel lectures, children's entertainment and the chance to try out the bikes for yourself.

Bremen Classic Motorshow
Every year Bremen plays host to this exhibition for classic motor vehicles. Trade visitors and consumers are equally welcome to come and marvel at these classics, perhaps even taking the opportunity to buy one for themselves! With over 350 exhibitors in an area of 31,000m² the exhibition opens its doors to more than 20,000 visitors, 85% of whom are from the general public.
