Emden

Emden's Engelke Markt is on a giant pontoon out in Ratsdelft harbour, and the only way to reach it is via a pair of bridges. Surrounding it is a fine array of festively illuminated museum ships.This extraordinary, floating Christmas market is a real yuletide treat.
