Augustusburg Palace - North Rhine-Westphalia

Augustusburg Palace in Brühl (North Rhine-Westphalia). Augustusburg Palace and Falkenlust hunting lodge in Brühl, set in 74 hectares of parkland, are the Rhineland's foremost late baroque and rococo buildings. The palace staircase designed by Balthasar Neumann is of particular note. Augustusburg has been used for international state occasions.
