Accessible Transportation

Public Transportation:
Suburban railway (S-Bahn) lines 8 and 18 to the exhibition grounds ensure that wheelchair users can board trains without assistance. The "Hauptbahnhof" (main railway station), "Kröpke" and "Aegidientorplatz" stations offer elevators to the subway (U-Bahn) stations. The terminus "Messe/Nord" (North entrance to the exhibition grounds) has a raised platform.

Travel to the Exhibition Grounds:
There are designated disabled parking areas at the exhibition grounds, which are located close to the exhibition hall entrances. A tailored all-round Airport service package is available for passengers with limited mobility. It includes bellboy-service, check-in assistance and a wheelchair service for boarding the plane.
