No further expenses arise from this service, you only need to purchase your ticket for the ride. Your personal assistant will pick you up at your hotel or meet you at the station. Tracks 17-19 can be reached via elevators. For arrivals/departures on tracks 9-14, please contact the service team for assistance. Please calculate a transfer time of 30 minutes. The main station also offers wheelchair-accessible restrooms (at cost of EUR 0.50) and disabled parking.
