Hertz Autovermietung GmbH
Hertz offers cars of the vehicle class M (VW Golf) that are customized to serve particular requirements of travelers with disabilities. Certain cars provide a hand control system for the right-handed which is permanently installed and must not be replaced by your own portable hand control system. Other cars are especially equipped for drivers with limited mobility who can only use the upper part of the body. No additional costs are charged for this service. The car must be booked at least 5 days in advance. In addition, cars can be booked 24 hours prior to pick-up at the main railway stations in Frankfurt, Duesseldorf and Stuttgart.
A driver's license as well as a Handicapped ID are required to hire a car for travelers with disabilities.
