"Zur Traube" restaurant/hotel in Grevenbroich near Düsseldorf, one of Germany's most soughtafter restaurants, has been lovingly run by Dieter L. Kaufmann and his wife since 1962. It evokes all the elegance of a bygone golden age.
The setting is an exceptionally fine 19th century building of captivating elegance. The restaurant has an exquisite atmosphere and offers up to 60 covers. Outstanding cuisine and beautifully dovetailed, discreet yet attentive service make every visit here a real pleasure.

Dieter Kaufmann is the first German chef to have been awarded the Federal Cross of Merit. His "Zur Traube" restaurant also boasts two Michelin stars.
