Berlin: Bode-Museum

After six years of restoration the magnificent cupola construction from 1904 on Museum Island finally shines in its original historical splendour. The Tiepolo room and the four open sculpture courtyards are new attractions of the museum reopened in the autumn of 2006 with collections based primarily on Byzantine art.
