Dresden: Green Vault

Already back in 1700 the Green Vault in the Royal Residence ensured the safe-keeping of precious objects. Later, August the Strong enlarged the room into a nine-section wonder chamber for his treasures. After the recent restoration of the historical rooms, more than 3000 masterpieces and rarities returned to their original place.
